If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can fill in our RETURN FORM and return the products back to the following address.

- OUTLET items are not returnable
- BOXERS are not returnable due to hygiene
- THONGS and BIKINI BOTTOMS can be returned only if the seal is not broken (if the seal is broken we consider them as used)
Required Return Conditions
- NOT washed
- NOT worn
- Original tags and labels are still attached
- Send back within 14 days after you receive your package (delivery days are not counted in the 14 days)
If you return the products that do not meet these requirements we won’t be able to refund you or to create store credit and the products may be returned back to you. Our Customer Support Team will contact you as soon as possible to inform you about this matter.
- RETURN FORM
- Original invoice (you can find it in the external plastic envelope in your package or in the confirmation email we have sent you)
If you are unable to print these documents, make sure you include a handwritten note with your order number, full name, email address, shipping address and the list of the products you are returning and how you wish us to proceed with your return.
In case there is no RETURN FORM filled in for your order and there is no note included in your package our Customer Support team will contact you (only if your contact details are known), but this may slow down the return process.
If we do not receive any answer within 3 months after our first contact, we will cancel your order and we will provide you with store credit or refund.
We do not provide return labels with our orders and we do not refund the return costs for your package. If you wish to return something we recommend to check with your local post office or any carrier of your choice for the most affordable return option. As a shipper you are fully responsible for return package, therefore we recommend you insure your return with track and trace code.
If you are returning products from a country that is NOT in the European Union, it has to shipped back as “RETURN” or it can be refused due to customs duties and cost, which we would have to pay upon delivery and the shipment will be sent back to you.
Please note, that until your return is not registered in our system we are unable to confirm delivery and we recommend to check a track and trace code of your return package for proof of delivery.
As long as the package is not returned and registered in our system we won’t be able to refund you or to create a store credit.
All the delivered returns are processed by our logistics team within 2 weeks after delivery. Please note, that we are doing our best to process all the return packages as soon as possible, unfortunately, this is not always possible especially during SALES period.
Once we receive your package we have to check all the returned items, your return form and sort your return. Once this process is done our logistics team will send you a confirmation email about it.
In case the package was delivered to us, but you haven’t received any confirmation email from our logistics department within 2 weeks, please Contact Us providing the track and trace number or the proof of delivery, so our Customer Support Team can help you further (allow 5 business days for a response).
- Store Credit
Return for Exchange is not possible for the orders placed after 31st October 2019 and the store credit will be provided instead.
Return for Store Credit
We recommend returning the products for Store Credit if you wish to reorder another size/color/product or to shop with us in the near future.
Our Customer Support Team will provide you with the store credit within 2-4 business days via email, from the date your return is registered in our system. The store credit will be in the same value you have paid for the returned products and will include the free shipping option with the validity of 6 months from the date provided.
Return for Refund
We recommend returning for refund if you do not wish to reorder another product or to shop with us in the near future.
Our logistics team will submit your refund request for the returned products to our finance department, which will be processed within 2-3 weeks from the date your return is registered in our system.
Once we process your refund we will send you an email with the updated invoice balance.
Processing time does NOT include the processing time of your bank and this time may warry based on your bank, the payment method, or your credit card settings.
If you return all the products from your order and you have paid for the shipping costs in this order, the shipping costs will be also refunded. If you return only some products from your order and you have paid for the shipping costs in this order, the shipping costs will NOT be refunded, as you keep some products.
Please note, that RETURN COSTS are not refundable in any case.
Personal discount codes and promotional codes are not refundable.
If you used a personal code in your order and you return the entire purchase for a refund, we will refund the amount you paid and we will make a new Discount Code (this rule does not apply to the promotional codes).
If you have used AFTER PAY option to pay for your order and you return some products it is recommended to contact after pay provider and inform them about your return. We are not responsible for the extra costs associated with not paying the open bills from After Pay on time.
Return Not Delivered
If you return some products and your package is not registered in our system and you are unable to provide us with a proof of delivery, we recommend you to reach to postal office/carrier, that was handling your return package, as it may be lost/stuck in a carrier network.
If you have received damaged/faulty products or you are missing a product from your order Contact Us before returning your package.
