What happens if I used a personal Discount Code and I ask for a full refund?

Discount Codes are not refundable. If a personal Discount Code was used to pay for your order, you can still return the order and ask for a refund of the amount you have actually paid and a new discount code with the same value as the previous one. N.B. This rule doesn't apply to promotional codes of our athletes or any other promotional codes
