All returns must be made to the following address:

The products must be returned together with:
- Original invoice (you can find it in the external plastic envelope in your package),
- RETURN FORM
When products are returned, please make sure that:
- All the products are in perfect conditions,
- All the products are not washed,
- All the products are not worn,
- Original tags are still on each product,
- Everything is sent back within 14 days after you receive your package (delivery days are not counted in the 14 days).
- If you return the parcel from a country that is NOT in the European Union, please make sure that you send the package back as a “RETURN” or we might need to refuse the package and the shipment will be sent back to you (more information in the Returns Policy).
When you return items to Body Engineers you can:
- Change the size or the color of the product,
- Change the product with a different one that has the same price,
- Change the product with a different one that has a different price (in this case you will be contacted by our customer service so that a suitable solution can be found),
- Ask for Store Credit valid for 1 year (It will have the exact amount you paid when you purchased with Free Shipping and it will be sent via email),
- Ask for a refund of the products you sent back
If you try them on, Slips and Thongs cannot be exchanged nor refunded.
Personal Discount codes are not refundable.
If you used a personal code in your order and you return the entire purchase for a refund, we will refund the amount you paid and we will make a new Discount Code.
The second code will have the same amount of the previous one and it will be sent via email.
Please keep in mind that this rule doesn’t apply to the promotional codes our athletes share on social medias.
In the unlucky case in which you receive the wrong product or a faulty product, please fill in the Contact Us form providing your order number and the details of your complaint.
Our Customer Service will get back to you as soon as possible and will help you further.
We kindly ask you to be totally cooperative and to provide all the information that our Customer Service.
If we will not have all the information we ask for, it will not be easy for us to help you further.
